My Furoshiki |
It's the ultimate in recycling and re-use and you can buy it at Handmade @ Haworth on Saturday 15 October 2011.
Come and meet Furoshiki expert, Mich Yasue, who will demonstrate how to fold these beautifully patterned cloths to wrap those awkwardly shaped presents!
Furoshiki Door stop |
So why is Furoshiki so good for the environment? Well it means no wasted paper, no tape and the recipient of the gift can pass the Furoshiki on by re-using it.
Don't forget that Handmade @ Haworth is at The Old School Rooms, Church Street, off Main Street in the historical village of Haworth (opposite the famous Bronte Parsonage). Doors open at 10am and entrance if FREE. There is parking available next to the venue at the Museum Car Park.
