Handmade at Haworth

We are  hosting two handmade events in Historical Haworth for 2011.
Handmade at Haworth will be held at The Old School Room, off Main Street, Haworth on
Saturday 30 April and Saturday 15 October 2011. Entry FREE and we are open from 10am to 4pm.
Twelve stalls of handmade loveliness including jewellery, textiles, photography, art and crafts. Enjoy tea and cakes courtesy of Trufood Catering.

How to get there: by train from Leeds or Bradford to Keighley. Transfer to The Worth Valley Railway and enjoy the lovely views across the valley as a steam train brings you to Haworth.
By bus: Buses run from Keighley bus station every 20 minutes. Bus numbers 663, 664 & 665.
By car: Follow the A65 from Skipton. Once in Ilkley turn right at Bolton Bridge Road and follow the road along The Grove. Turn right into Riddings Road.
Follow the A629 from Keighley then turn left at Crossroads, following the Haworth Road down to Mill Hey. Follow the road past Haworth Railway Station (on your right) until it turns right up the hill to Haworth. The Old School Room is at the top of Main Street on the left to Church Street.
Parking: Main Street Haworth is closed except to local traffic but you can reach the Old School Rooms by driving up Rawdon Road and turn left to the Parsonage car park off West Lane (follow the signs).

Visitors please note: we do not recommend that you park in Changegate car park opposite the Weavers Restaurant on West Lane. This is because we don't want your visit to historic Haworth ruined by over-zealous car clampers.
